If you check the AR announcement put out in early October (1st Oct I think) you will find that Terence Clee, the Executive Chairman, received a base salary of $ 90,000 for the past financial year. But he managed to up his take as this notes mentions ....."During the financial year, the Company incurred fees of $39,500 to Mr Terence Clee for additional consulting servicesprovided to the Company. Balance payable at reporting date is nil."

So I guess that means that he had a total take from HDY of $ 129,500. Not bad for about 10 formal meetings and several phone calls.
