Suggesting they are a 3 person and sometimes ‘out of town’ isn’t an excuse.

Any important meeting I have in my line of work I at least record dates, times, attendees, apologies, discussion topics and action points.

A board meeting should never be verbal or without documentation regardless if there are 3 attendees or 30.

More ‘oversights’, ‘question dodging’ and ‘large errors made out to be small’.
