Storm in a tea cup, ASX trying to flex its muscle on another junior, all the info was mostly there, they were too lazy to research it themselves. HDY appointed SRK 3 weeks after they announced Nelly acquisition, they had a 40 day D.D. prior to acquisition, no biggie.
