I must admit I just came on board by grabbing some oppies at basement, on the principle that basement is bottom floor - but now I'm here and getting interested in the fundamental value and all the shenanigans as well I plan to stay a while if this boat stays afloat.

My take now, before I study s606 et al, is that ASX may suspect non arms length dealing in shares of a listed company. Very naughty IMO. Wasn't that what Alan Bond did? And didn't he get sent to the justice department's rural health resort for a few years?
