Not seeing any positives on that front to date.

Also, if the vanadium, in particular, was that good, why would the original holder want to offload?
Well it looks like they did not offload, they just diluted retail by 100%, in HDY, and are now in a prime position to take a position on the board.
I alluded to this some time ago, before the transactions were voted on.
