The sub notices indeed! Not sure why they haven't been discussed more around here

Appreciate all of your posts mate, very informative and agree with almost everything you have said, I think it's very easy for people jump at shadows - especially when the share price is where it 'should' be.... much harder to try and keep a cool head and remain objective.

There's too much to like about this company, and there have been smoke signals which is ultimately why I took a position (loaded heavy on options) and have a mid to long term outlook on HDY. Provided these proceedings are a distant memory in a few months time, I think there's plenty of potential in the tank here, and nothing I've read in the past few weeks has given be major concerns about that potential.

Worst case - there's a little bit of deceitful behavior exposed? But i'd rather be 'held' when i'm seeing sub notices go out like that, if there's dodgyness, who says it's for the worst? Might be for the better of shareholder. Swim with the tide not against it
