Do you really need proof of environmental damage from tailing storage system ?

I suggest you travel North-west Australia, visiting old gold & and tin mines to get the real ugly pictures closer to home.

I’ve been involved in many rehabs of abandoned & closed up mines in OZ, and some scenery look just like from Mars.

Why do you think state govs required a hepty environment bond deposit for all new mines ?

Jungle may claim all, but the acid, heavy metal and radio active water can be a real health hazard, and damaging the ecosystem for hundred of years..
