Ann: Response to ASX Query Letter, page-22

Nothing comes immediately to mind. Anyway, the one thing that comes out of all this is that BBX are going to be super extra careful in how they write announcements in the future in order not to raise the antennaes of the ASX police. That's not to cast any dispersions on my part at BBX, I'm happy being an investor, am just saying the ASX will be like a dog with a bone and scrutinize every word and comma. That's a good thing anyway, as further hopefully good announcements will build confidence.
