If it was apparent by Sunday night they could mot make the deadline today prior opening, they would have issued the request for a further extension firts thing this morning. Given they have not issued such a request prior opening I can only surmise means they have released the finalized announcement to the ASX already, and the ASX is having it scrutinized. Given the technical complexities I daresay they have a resident geo on the payroll or sub contracted to assess these sorts of things and so likely we will have to wait till later today or even tomorrow for some kind of BBX/ASX release. Given this drama has gone on for a few weeks back and forth I would have thought BBX would make absolutely sure that whatever they will announce will now meet all ASX criteria

An update on drilling would be nice as a separate later announcement.
