Perhaps you could quote the ASX rule that says a listed company is required to reply to a non-security holder such as yourself?

Jeff is polite enough to take the time to reply to most holders questions. He does not have too. Additionally, the information he supplies is deemed not of a material nature and therfore does not need to be disclosed to the market under continuous discloser rules.

Have a read of "Corporate Governance Principals And Recommendations" ASX release 2014.
