it's an off market trade. not a sell.
they have to nominate whatever price at the time where the trade occur. It just happens to be 3.7 cents
in relation to who is the new owner?? like i said, it could be one of their relatives. their mistress, their friends. its a gift. rather than a sale.
they paid 16 cents per share in june 2016, why sell 6 months later for 1/4 of the price? when the company is profitable, reporting EPS of 3 cents.
You guys are reading too too much into nothing..
by the way, the deputy chairman is the founder and father of the CEO. He's transferring his shares, perhaps he is looking at retirement..
