ok, here is the situation.

Father and son both own shares in a company that own XPD shares.
initially father hold 40%, son hold 60% of this company that hold XPD shares.
father then transfer 20% to his son. After this father now hold 20%, son now hold 80% of company that own shares in XPD

they didn't thought they need to declare anything. Since the holding they transfer is not directly XPD share, rather holding in a company that hold XPD share....
They had only sold (transfer) 7.2 millions share at the start of the year, probably to a relative or mistress.. that is very minimal...nothing to be alarm here...

as i say earlier, there is nothing here... storm in a tea cup.. just fix up the paperwork.
