Directors didn’t realise they have to declare a couple of shares that they transfer, no big deal.

I don’t see how the directors could have benefited by not declaring the shares they transfer. There is no great motive for the owners to deliberately hide the transfer from the ASX. It is a genuine mistake.

This espisode will scare a couple of weak hands, i’ll be waiting on the side to pick up. Should traders along with the lemmings dump their holding when trading resume.
