Interesting new change of director notice.. lol. "i didnt know i have to disclose indirect changes to ownership".. off market transfer.. usually with good corporate governance, they usually say where it went...

Here is a theory:
They transfer the shares to some related party who dumps it on market for AUD and then funnels it back to the previous owners. That's the only explanation for the weird trading in this stock.
