The query states that the indirect holding of Mr Zhang via Chou Qin, of which he holds 60%, is 149,402,276 shares. 149,402,276/0.6 would give 249,003,793 @ Chou Qin's 100% shareholding. This is the holding prior to the off-market transfer of 7.2m securities on 31 Jan 2017. They then disposed of the 7.2m securities. Why is there no change in the other director's indirect interest given he holds 40% of Chou Qin and thus his indirect interest would also have changed? Not that it's really that important as it's clear to see, but looks like they haven't disclosed that director's change in interest separately either?
