Investors don’t really care much about management competence, so long as the company is profitable and they dividend. That is all we care about.
Matters of facts, management incompetence was one of the reasons why share price dropped so low. Their laziness spook IPO investor and give impression of fraud.. I thank management for helping driving the share price down, so I can load up at sub 4 cents
