On checking there were 1.4m drip shares that weren't taken by directors.

Maybe some of the founding shareholders or distributors have been selling a few also.

We should have heard if ACA have been selling more than 4m or if any of the directors have been selling any.

Until the numbers in the directors notices tally with the holdings that the ASX is trying to get to the bottom of. it is all a bit of a guess.

Today might throw some light on the 30m discrepancy between the directors disclosure of their indirect holdings and the nominees totals.
