Maybe DHY does not consider that the group that has been formed is valid and therefore cannot call an AGM via a 249D. I'm guessing that 'be signed by the members making the request' is their sticking point.
They are trying to hold on to power by any means necessary, so I hope the ASX steps in as delisting us does not remove the rot at the top.
