Silent-Bubbles can I suggest that you have overlooked one of the important sections in the second paragraph in VIC's Company Update from yesterday. In that paragraph it lists the various changes that have happened at VIC since the ASX announcements of 23 Nov; 11 Dec; and 9 Jan.)
the company terminated its mandate with Everblu
replaced the company secretary
and its entire BOD
Now in light of those changes and matters set out in these recent announcements then the ASX has no further queries for the Company.
In other words basically with the removal previous connections and probably in particular the removal of the previous BOD members then the ASX has no further issue with VIC. The common denominator in VIC and HDY has been removed. Move on.
In my honest opinion I doubt that the ASX is finished with the HDY situation at this stage. No doubt time will tell. But mark my words.
