    The ASX doesnt have the power to force a change of directors or to make a director resign.

    Shareholders have to call a meeting via S249D of the Corporations Act and need to have a minimum of 5% of shareholders on board to call the meeting.

    Im surprised the ASX is asking the company more questions given the previous delisting notice.
