Answer in paragraph 3 clearly requires a yes or no not the waffle about stay of payments.
As it stands now they are unable to make their payments when or as they become due regardless of when that date is.
It is plain they are trading insolvent (not that we didn,t already know that) just what the asx or asic will do about it remains to be seen.
