It said "potential capital raising". So do they or do they not have a capital raising??

Called the company today asking to clarify if the announcement was a capital raising or a financing package or both.

They said, unable to confirm at this stage, wait for the release. So no help, keep fingers crossed for financing.

At a guess, given all the buying recently, would the company who has possibly bought the shares want to front up with more, although a small, cash amount for a cap raising? Given the Capex for this type of project would amount to a few hundred million what would an extra 20'ish mill (552,000,000 * 0.036 (10% discount to close price)) from shareholders provide??? Interested in anyone thoughts?

Wish they would get on with it, I hate this waiting game.
