It makes no sense to issue the company with a speeding ticket at this point in time.
Warren Zhang from the ASX has been involved in all of TSE communications over the past 2 months so he better than anyone from the ASX should be aware of the companies situation.
I just dont understand how the ASX comes up with these rules? Like ASIC they need an overhaul of all their procedures.
