If there is cash available, expect a new technology to be brought in.

TPM may have a long life ahead of it, if it can actually commercialise. We still wait for this to be realised.

But if it does, the pipeline will likely be deep with TPM. eg patches and injectibles.

But a new tech opens up another avenue, to potentially, be exploited over 20yrs.

This could also mark the point of: “out with the old and in with the new”

In addition to the speculation of a payout, all we have had to base the potential outcome on is POHs claims. At no stage have we ever had info on Mylans rebuttals.

No one here can speculate on what evidence and arguments have been presented from both sides during the hearing.
