While the coin is yet to be tossed, I suspect the odds are in favour of a win for POH at this stage. If it is, I am finding it hard to consider that it would be as low as $10mil. Not sure what that figure reflects in the eyes of the court.- what would that be compensating that was only worth $10mil?. In the end , the court will be determining what damage was done to POH. SIAC is not a criminal court in this case so it can't put an amount to "punish" Mylan.
I can't see it will go as far as $300mil. $60-100 still sounds fair. As many people posted though - $30 would mean that POH retains $20mil and maybe that is enough for it to develop and commercialise its products and to attract partners. Double that and MXC becomes a well cashed up company.
While getting cash as a shareholder is great the big issue is how any outcome can give POH some teeth in the longer term.
Again, we are at a point where all of this is speculation.
