I think the charting works on the sales that actually happen - because the main holders remain completely aloof from them. They all continue to hold or to accumulate on the open market (e.g. Lau). I expect that will continue right through the likely SP rise following a positive announcement. If the main holders aren't budging now why would they do so when the SP is moving up with market expectations nearing commercialisation?
