You need to practice with Coreldraw and or Photoshop for many many hours and imagine the map as a jigsaw ,screenshot the blank tenement maps and fill in the jigsaw .....and then download a new dataset every week or so and start again Here's a blank I use as my starting position. But be prepared to spend 30 or 40 hours or so to build a single map of one area.One map will usually entail about 70 layers in Photoshop (remembering to label your layers will help). Probably helps to have OCD or be a driven tenacious bastard
