    Its not insider trading if the entity that plans to make the takeover offer is the one buying stock

    Just found this out

    So either someone is off to prison, or the entity that made the approach was the one buying big this morning at 9.9c

    Bentley Capital has done this several times

    Called taking a "pre-takeover stake"

    Perfectly legal
