Noble is not on the stock market (not that I'm aware of)
Meaning if someone wants to take over EDE, they will also need to approach TAS as they hold 46%. Just because they hold 46% doesn't mean to say someone is only going to offer 46% of what EDE is currently worth to TAS shareholders.
Currently someone could take over TAS with 20Million at the current price and then be instantly worth $37,953,140 in assets.
