I think a placement to a cornerstone investor...If we look a IPP and ICQ they have achieved great things with a cornerstone investors (REA and CRZ) providing stability to the SP and confidence to the market on the mid to long term growth prospects. A winning formula that could easily be emulated with E88.

Then again, this management team may be opting for a totally different strategy....either way, the turnaround appears to be multi pronged, well thought out and achieving what it is setting out to do. The SP is a side bar issue now.....IMO of course...
