Not so sure that any trading on insider information is "perfectly legal".
But obviously someone has made a very tidy sum trading this stock in the past day or so, and maybe yesterday's 50%+ price movement was pure coincidence.
I've made some good money out of the "I" shares, in particular ICQ, but I've now decided they're all a bit too dodgey for me.
