Holders - SLT had this note in their response to the speeding ticket today, "... 5,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares (subject to voluntary escrow until 7 February 2015);"
Does this mean they can sell prior to 7 Feb 2015? If so, not much point in the escrow - any ideas? Any ideas as to what is exactly voluntary?
