farmboy, thanks for your posts. they add useful context for me who doesn't understand the history and possible impact of the share register.

I lightened my holdings at 9 cents, but only because at between 5 to 6 cents I couldn't resist purchasing large amounts to the point where I felt uncomfortable having money in a potentially illiquid stock.

Now I will just let my holdings sit for a year and hope that management will get on and release the potential of statseeker.
