Someone's probably trying to acquire a controlling interest in the company to better promote and manage the value of the wellhead royalties.

I invested in EPG for the European assets and moved my holding into the UK company earlier this year as part of the buyback. Not a smart move in hindsight and feel quite let down by management for their misrepresentation, or obliviousness, to the potential value of the royalties at last year's AGM.

That's what you get for not DYOR!
