    I want to start of by saying im a strong believer in E2E. 


    However what are the chances of a cap raise happening? Pretty sure u need cash to do a JV, and last I checked I thought these guys were low on cash. (I know they are producing and bringing in revenue, but would a cap raise be needed to go froward in a JV?)
