Hi Guys , Ive finished accumulating now so thought it was time to do a quick post ( Got to learn to buy then post ) Lol
My first post on 4CE was 8/8/17 ( 1 Year ago ) I sold just after at 5.0 . Not happening again
After three days at the African DownUnder Conference and spending time talking with AVZ and 4CE JV partner state mining company, Cominiere SA ( Undercover at the start ) until JB spotted the spy in the crowd Hahaha
I came away from there knowing I had to invest in 4Ce , simple !


The below really just did my head in , I had no idea who these guys were and what the Controlled


Ill just repost my WFE post from last Week, take out Cobalt and replace it with Lithium ( Same Same ) its bigger and better in the DRC

Morning guys as you know I spent 3 Days at the African DownUnder Conference , money well spent I can tell you ! The access these types of Conferences give you to officials from ( In my case ) the DRC was just astonishing. The who's who of DRC Cobalt , Lithium and Gold all attended , from mining ministers to leases holders , you name it and they were there ! Before you ask , yes i changed from board-shorts and thongs and put on the good gear to blend inLol

Since I'm on the WFE ( 4CE ) thread ill keep this about Cobalt ( Lithium ) only , and let me say this a subject these guys a well versed in. A bit like sand on the beach to me I guess , walk outside and its just there. I attacked the supply issues right away , the Luapula Cobalt Processing Facility I obviously mentioned as my main point of interest. First things first , the officials i spoke with have all been there , they all know the plant from past and present times.

1: High Grade Feed supply to the plant , is this a issue. Answer ( laughter ) not mine , theres ! High Grade Cobalt around the DRC Copperbelt town of Likasi is basically everywhere ( A tinny bit of research can easily confirm this ) The Plant sits on the Honey Hole of DRC Cobalt ( Same talk on Lithium )

2: Is the DRC a safe place to invest . Short answer yes ,the DRC is on the improve at a very fast pace thanks in-part to massive Chinese investment in infrastructure and of course the renewed investment from many other countries in the DRC mining sector, Gold , Lithium and Cobalt especially .

3: High Grade Cobalt ( Lithium ) in the DRC. Also meet by laughter and disbelief that I could ask such a silly questionLol. The overwhelming response was something like this . There DRC has the highest Grades on the Planet , the DRC has by far the largest reserves on the Planet. The ex DRC mines Minister quoted: Cobalt ( Lithium ) Grades you find in nearby Countries we have in our gardens in the DRC , we would not waste our time mining itInsert my nervous smile like I already knew that Lol ( Lithium ) just look at AVZ results ( Enough Said )

4: Ethical Mining Practises. I have a very strong opinion of this as most would know , so does JB from my discussions over time. To a bit of surprise ( pleasant surprise ) this subject was 1st and foremost in all and any discussions that miners were having ATM in the DRC with Regulatory Authorities. Every DRC official I spoke with was highly motivated by the implementation of Ethical Mining Practises , I felt they had a real desire to improve there Country and the living conditions of the DRC people . Giant Tick for me there !

4a: WFE ( Same applies for 4CE ) Ethical Mining implementation. Super important in securing leases and longterm agreements it would seem. This is where JB's presentation got interesting , I think he let a few things slip here with all the excitement in the room.

: The group consults to the (OECD ) Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Mineral Supply Chains in Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas , Im sure he said helped write all the regulations for the (OECD )

5: Does anyone know Jason Brewer , John Boardman and there team. Well insert ( Laughter Again ) just louder To say both JB's are well respected in the DRC is a massive understatement , to say they have just ok (connections) is even a bigger understatement. These guys are number one

I came away from the Conference supremely confidant in ( Not just WFE ) but all my DRC investments . The DRC officials made me feel very comfortable that the welfare of the people ( Ethical Mining Practises ) was a huge part of why they are happy to deal with Jason, John and all the team.

Ps. After a few drinks ( family Pictures being shown ) and a bit more a a getting to know the DRC officials , I have a feeling I've agreed to take a trip to the DRC soon to meet everyones families Lol. Bring it on I say Never drink with anyone thats 1st language is French.


Sorry one more thing , Ive asked PayDirt Media if the WFE 4CE and VEC presentations can be uploaded to Social Media , really well worth watching !

Hope that was not to confusing guys , but buying into 4CE at these prices , 11c down from the high and after talking with the who's who of DRC Lithium Cobalt and Gold . To say I'm excited and happy ATM is a monster understatement.
