What did you expect, they have already disclosed they were looking at new mineral opportunities recently in the quarterly. We are not going to hear anything else till a deal is finalized, it's just probably not happening in the next week or so.
They haven't said they are not looking at new projects, so nothing changes from the quarterly and they continue to look and negotiate.
4cent is cash backing, can't see it going back to 3cents, might settle 4-5cents. Or maybe not if there are credible rumors floating around.
