Tanzanian mining regulation changes were out of left field dude so the company had no choice but to do nothing for a bloody long while.
I never held any stocks active in Tanzania prior to jumping in here a short while back based on the cash in the bank and the fact that other stocks trapped in Tanzania like R*Y are working to divest those dead projects, generate cash and move on and acquire more opportunities.
The Ivory Coast doesn't look too bad as far as geo-political risk goes, the project has potential IMO and the opportunity for more acquisitions exist on a cashed up low market cap company that must be sick of being in limbo for so long and will hopefully kick some goals fast.
If only the US settles down soon, stocks like MSR should come into their potential.
