Its not Whiddon. He ceased to be a substantial holder merely because the increase in issued capital diluted his holding below 5%. His disclosure to the ASX on 19th Aug noted that point and showed that he still had the same number of shares himself. (Over 44m)

I think your other theory is more likely the scenario. Someone is pumping and dumping etc etc. Hope they are caught out in a dump when the company announces Gazzelle approval and signs off on Vitol deal. Perhaps even as early as next week.
