Who are they trying to fool with that 4.2 million sell order at 5.2 cents when the price is 4.7 cents? What odds it disappears as the price approaches 5.2 cents?

If you're a genuine large seller at 5.2 cents, odds are that you won't have your large sell order on screen with the price at 4.7 cents.

It's this sort of conduct that should be investigated imo, not a ridiculous speeding ticket issued when a stock has recovered a paltry 17.5% of its price decline.
