re: Ann: Response to ASX Letter dated 3 Decem... you are probably blind and or cannot read plain english. to repeat only once more so as not have a negative lead into my very expensive birthday bash on Saturday (funded i might add by vast CHM profits - remember when it was +10C!!!).
1.AH fees are being assessed - perfectly reasonable - don't you realise how lawyers often try and rape and pillage their clients!! when it is agreed the litigation funder will pay the bill.
2.PA were appointed after CHM had a meeting with litigation funder - obviously PA did not accept the engagement without knowing who will pay them - again the litigation funder.
3. you make a reasonable point about who is this litigation funder and what are their terms - it is a question i have in front of the company - nonetheless they must exist if PA are engaged and remember PA are very very good dispute resolution lawyers - www.piper-alderman.com.au if you haven't even had the sense to go there in the first place!!! a much more sensible choice going forward.
4.CHM are effectively fully funded and that is the end of it.
Bring it on.
