From 1c to 0 is still 100% loss so sure there is still plenty of downside.
Also why wouldnt you want to know who the litigation funder is and what it leaves shareholders if the company wins a settlement with their help.
You should be interested cause you may get a pittance anyway.
Why the secret??
I wouldnt trust Mr Karam at all....
