After all if there is a company prepared to put the necessary readies on the table given all the bad press etc. and, the sum of money really is considerable to leg it up to the final outcome, you would have to think they have done reasonable due dilligence on the issues.

For mine, they go forward with my blessing, and if at the end of the proceedings there is a semblance of a profit, it would be a damned sight better than the current state of play with my portfolio over the past few months. At least when the stock has been decimated before the crash, there really is not nuch downside left is there?
