In my humble opinion just the fact that they aint even disclosing the identity of their mysterious "litigation funder" should give plenty of clues as to the way this supposedly company is operating.
Why should it be a secret? Could it be Asio funding their litigation LOL,,,,,,,,,LOL
Is it a matter of National Security? LOL,,,LOL or its just a big bluff to give false hope to their unfortunate holders to hold a bit longer instead of cutting their losses and run?
