Q2: Whether JCI is aware of any changes to changes to laws in China that prohibit the repatriation of money / conversion of Chinese RMB into foreign currencies?

Response: The Company has consulted lawyers in China and understands that according to current policies and regulation, entities can convert Chinese RMB into foreign currencies after they receive approval from the Chinese government
