When NST bought Kundana and Kanowna Belle Gold Mines (Kalgoorlie Operations & EKJV) on 1.03.2014 from Barrick Mines they paid a total of 75m for this acquisition.
In light of this BB's offer of 160m for 49% of the EKJV looks quite generous to me. . . . ;-)
I bet Anton Billis, as the joint venture partner, would have had 1st option for those assets. Why didn't he take it???
It just shows that NST's management knows a bargain when it sees one.
Perhaps you should direct your frustrations towards the management of your own company for their shortcomings, instead of blaming BB for trying to pull off another good deal or his shareholders.
