    I find the following interesting

    From NDO's 04-08-14 release to the ASX

    "BCPE’s Offer is not conditional on due diligence or subject to a funding condition."

    So no due diligence required upon announcement of the TO
    However, according to NDO's response to the ASX Aware Query, prior talks with BCPE were informal and lacked certainty.
