The problem is these buffoons have been saying there will be a definite result "soon", "shortly" and "imminently" for the past five years.
I think Mistie posted a while ago that these no hopers (that's board and "management") won't get work anywhere else. So they are clinging to this carcass for as long as possible.
Not a good result for shareholders I' m afraid.
