EUR’s last annual report says that CFE has 12% (65,483,920) of EUR
@ $00.12 = $7.858m
@ $00.11 = $7.203m
@ $00.10 = $6.548m

Looks like CFE may already be selling. At 30-Nov-2018 CFE have $6.8m in ASX listed companies.

Their 12% of EUR as stated in EUR’s last annual report at 12c should be worth $7.858M

I guess you can assume they still own 40% in FEL worth approx 2 Am$.
So EUR stake would only be 4.8 Am$....
