I nearly fell off my chair laughing when I read your line...."First and foremost management and boards duty is to protect and enhance shareholders value" ....well that obviously doesn't apply to these guys it seems.
The news had better come tomorrow the way I see it or there will be no interest in VIC at all, it will just be a "could've, would've, should've" shell. I'll be very surprised if they come up with anything that will take this baby back to it's former glory of the 0.020 and 0.030 days of Nov and January. I would truly love to be proven wrong there though.
